Fortis Education Team
At Fortis Therapy and Training we provide primary & secondary schools, academies and colleges a variety of bespoke services and support packages tailored to meet the needs of each individual organisation.
These packages include, one to one confidential therapeutic interventions for children, young people, parents and staff, group work exploring self-esteem, social competency, managing feelings and raising aspirations delivered on a regular basis within your organisation.
Training and staff development workshops including (but by no means limited to): - attachment, loss and bereavement, child development, work-life balance, understanding and supporting those who self-harm, eating disorders and disordered eating, mental health awareness, using creative interventions, etc. We also provide confidential clinical supervision for staff whose role is to support those children, young people, families and colleagues who may be experiencing challenging and difficult situations in their lives.
We are all qualified and experienced therapists and counsellors who are insured and regulated by our professional bodies. Our team access training on a regular basis to ensure that we are all engaging with personal and professional development and we all access both clinical and managerial supervision on a monthly basis to ensure an effective, excellent quality and highly skilled service.
We work systemically, liaising with your organisation and using multi-agency working as appropriate to ensure safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
Service Level Agreements
Service Level Agreements (SLA) are created between us and your organisation to agree exactly how we will meet your needs and which of our services you would like to commission. The SLA identies the time scale of the agreement, identified link workers, details of the service being provided and costings etc.
