The supervisory relationship is an excellent way of reflecting on and developing your professional practice whilst also linking with your own personal values, feelings and experiences and exploring new and different ways of working and thinking.
We believe the relationship between the supervisor and supervisee is paramount, providing a collaborative trusting space to explore clinical work, to manage risk, to consider the context of the work, to explore personal resonance and self- care.
We supervise qualified practitioners & trainee counsellors, staff within schools, organisations, colleges, and other professionals who benefit from supervision. We have experienced supervisors who can help you to feel supported, and to develop your practice/work whilst also helping you to manage risk, personal development and to think about the context and system of the organisation that you work within.
We facilitate group supervision, a cost effective way to access this support for your whole team, or a group of professionals creating space to discuss clinical work, team dynamics and ways of working with an external supervisor facilitating the conversation. It can be a useful supportive mechanism for any teams of professionals and we successfully provide this for life coaches, teaching staff, counsellors and psychotherapists, and mixed teams of professionals.
Appointments are available during normal working hours and certain evenings.
I have individual clinical supervision sessions and they are hugely important to me, both on a professional and personal level, and the support, guidance and encouragement I am offered is invaluable. On a professional level, I have grown in knowledge and confidence as a counsellor and my supervisor has willingly shared her own knowledge and experiences with me; she always seems to know when I need a listening ear and when I need more direct guidance. On a personal level, she has taken the time to get to know who I am, she never judges me and she supports me as a whole person, not just as a counsellor. I have found an authentic, inspiring and very caring supervisor, and I am privileged to be working with her.

I wanted to say a big thank you for today. It was a thought provoking session and was exactly what we needed as a team. We are finding the sessions fantastic and re-energising!
